MY BUTTERFLY OBSESSION
Pretty much all of my layouts and cards include butterfly's at the moment.......................... I think it may be a bit of an obsession. Looking forward to getting my goodies from Anna's Craft Cupboard next week as my new cutter is in it - so needed - and I ordered some Boy's Life papers from Echo Park - which will help me get stuck into more layouts of my Joshie!
Josh has a good first few days at Pre School - and I am looking forward to a scrappy day at home on Tuesday - my last full day of leave!!
I am going to try to simplify and keep on top of my photos this year by doing month by month collages/LO's - so hoping to work on January 2012 this afternoon.
Off to the park now!

Our bubble boy....
I loved this photo Pete took of Joshie playing with his bubble machine on the trampoline. The Kaiser papers fitted perfectly............. I need to do more layouts of Josh and his antics.

Another off the page: Photo Frame
This was made for one of my closest friends...I love it so much i really need to make a similar one for myself. This was using Kaiser Sweet Nothings range, Kaiser bling and a gorgeous Manor House flower. I loved the photos I took of her kids so much and knew she would love it too. Love the Collectibles that come in the Sweet Nothings range...
Kaisercraft storage box for my Mum
I made this for my Mum for her birthday last month. The hardest part is always the painting and prep before hand. I used Stampin Up papers for this and then lots of Kaiser embellishments, doilly, chipboard heart, flowers, rub on and rhinestones. Websters flower, Prima stone and a misc paper doilly as well.
Mum is now using it to store the cards she has made - she makes them ages in advance so has lots!
I was so excited when I got home from Christmas shopping to find a copy of the Masters edition of Scrapbook Memories had been posted to me.....................
I was hopeful that it meant I had one of my layouts published from my entry into the Master competition.............and I was right!
The layout with hidden journaling that I did of a photo of my Nan and Grandpop was published...............thrilled!!
Some photos of the layout are below....a great day all round - Christmas shopping, relaxing hairdressers appointment and then the magazine ............................
